Beamit allows users to wirelessly broadcast music from portable audio devices to the car or home's FM stereo and is compatible with any MP3 player, including the entire line of Apple iPods(R), laptops, and CD, mini-disc, and tape players. With a $19.99 MSRP, the 410FM is an ideal solution for budget-conscious iPod Shuffle and MP3 users. The 410FM is powered by 2 AAA batteries, which provide approximately 13 hours of battery life, or the included 12VDC auto adapter. The device plugs into the headphone or lineout jack of any portable audio device and broadcasts in high fidelity, full stereo sound to one of 10 available FM frequencies (88.1-88.9 and 107.1-107.9 MHz). The device measures a compact 2.0" x 2.8" x 1.0", weighing only 2.3 ounces with batteries.
