Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Baritone and Bass Saxophones

With over 9GB of sound samples Candy is by far the most extensive soprano, alto, tenor, baritone and bass saxophone collection of the world. The instruments were recorded with more detail and precision than never before. If all available playing techniques and their dynamic layers and variations are used, your performance will select from 50 different samples per note, or even more. In addition, the instruments were sampled playing their maximum dynamic range. This variety makes possible saxophone performances of such high quality that they can be used in the most demanding, professional contexts. Candy is not hard to use, though, the MVI engine remains nevertheless intuitive and easy to play. The 4 different variations of the same tone of a note can be selected during the performance automatically. Candy is unique in content, playability and sound quality and is a further milestone in the development of sample-based acoustic instruments.

In addition to the different instruments, you can also select up to 3 different mouthpieces (classic, jazz, metal) bringing the appropriate character to you music production. Being able to choose the sound for musical style of the project is one of the reasons Candy sounds so unbelievably realistic. The instruments are available in the different playing techniques such as: falls long, falls short, long notes, sforzando long, sforzando short, short notes, vibrato notes, staccato notes and different FX. These techniques are also available in the different dynamic layers piano, mezzo forte, forte and fortissimo - with up to 4 variations of the same note per note! This fine partitioning and the huge number of samples offer an unequalled and simply fascinating realism, which is aided by the MVI engine and the clear user interface. Candy is vast, user friendly and intuitive to play from keyboard.

To make managing the huge sound library easier, all sounds exist as single image files on the DVDs; you don't have to copy the whole 9GB to your hard disc, only the instruments you want to use.
