Can the order of the items in the synth rack be changed? I would like to change the order to match the order of tracks in the track view.

Thanks.

Hi Robin,

Welcome to DigiFreq! If you haven't already, be sure to also check out the free DigiFreq pro audio and music technology newsletter at:
http://www.digifreq.com/digifreq/

Regarding the Synth Rack in SONAR... unfortunately, you can't rearrange the synths in the Rack, although that's a feature that people have been asking Cakewalk to add.

Scott,

Thanks for your reply. I was afraid the order couldn't be changed.

I understand you are working on an X2 book. I look forward to getting it when it's ready. I have your X1 book (as well as a few others) and I like the larger page size.

Hi Robin,

Thanks very much! Yes, I'm currently working on the X2 Power book and it should be out around the end of Feb. It's currently available for pre-order at a discount... http://www.garrigus.com/?SONARX2Power

I'll also be releasing a DVD tutorial series, so stay tuned for that as well.

I also preordered the X2 book. I like the larger size of the X1 book and hope the X2 book is the same.

Hi Robin,

Thank you! I appreciate it and I hope you enjoy the book. Yes, as far as I know, it will be the same size as the X1 book. The publisher actually controls that part of the process, but I haven't heard anything about changing the size.
