Can someone tell me the purpose of .wtr and .wov files in the Picture Cache folder? Can they be safely deleted without causing any harm to a project? Excuse me is I only ask dumb questions.

I'll be coming out with my own DVD video series soon. The first one will be out later this year.
It won't be a 101 class, but I'll keep that in mind for a future title.
Although, I usually refer people to my books when they're first starting out...
