Posted - 04/15/2012 : 12:09:51 PM Yes, you can set the Record Bit Depth option to 32-bit and then import that into a different bit project, but that won't get you a better quality recording so there's really no sense in doing it.
At this time, there are no audio interfaces that support more than 24-bit. The higher record bit settings in SONAR simply add more bits to the audio for higher editing resolution, but it does nothing for recording quality.
Just stick to 24-bit and that will get you the best recording quality.
